Communication for Development (C4D) is a specialized organization providing strategic communication, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement solutions for donor-funded development programmes in Pakistan. We support initiatives financed by international financial institutions (IFIs), multilateral and bilateral development partners, government agencies, and implementing partners to enhance programme effectiveness, policy uptake, and development impact.

He has led donor driven interventions supporting policy reforms, public sector programmes, and social development initiatives, ensuring alignment with donor priorities, government frameworks, and public expectations.
His expertise includes high-level collaboration, political economy and risk-sensitive public engagement. As an adviser, he provides strategic oversight, ensures compliance with international development standards, and positions communication as a results-oriented function within development programming.
